I am an intuitive healer. I use a range of energy healing methods to work with you including Shamanic Reiki and Usui Reiki. These practices include the use of tools such as crystals, rattles and drums and oracle cards to support insights about you and what you need to help you on your path.

Shamanic Reiki is a dynamic practice which combines the power of Shamanism and Reiki.

Shamanism teaches us to access the power, wisdom and energy of the spiritual realms and nature. It also encourages us to see the opportunities in personal crises.  

Reiki focuses Universal Life Force Energy to help heal us.

Shamanic Reiki integrates diverse, nature based and intuitive techniques and energy healing to help you enhance your well-being and enable personal healing.

Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for healing, stress reduction and relaxation.  Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing which can be used for many conditions and is administered by “laying on hands”.  

Reiki energy is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment and enhances the body's natural healing ability and promotes wellbeing. Like Hypnotherapy, Reiki works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
